What is the Ford A & Z-Plan?
The A-Plan and Z-Plan encourage Ford employees, retirees and their families with a purchase plan to drive a new Company product. Each person is allocated 4 PINs per year that they can use for immediate purchase at James Collins Ford. The New Vehicle Purchase Program (the A&Z Plans) offers the best savings on a new Ford Motor Company vehicle to employees, retirees, and their immediate family members.
How do the Ford A & Z-Plan work?
1. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is obtained by calling 1-800-348-7709 or visiting the link above.
2. Employees or their family members visit James Collins Ford in Louisville, Kentucky, and identify themselves as an A-Plan or Z-Plan participant. Participant provides James Collins Downtown Ford, with a Social Security Number and PIN.
3. Select a vehicle.
4. Provide proof of employment by an eligible Ford partner through a pay stub, company ID, business card, W-2, etc.
5. Arrange for delivery through James Collins Ford in Louisville, Kentucky.
Which Ford Motor Company vehicles are eligible?
All Ford vehicles are eligible. This includes the Ford Mustang, Ford Escape, Ford Explorer, Ford Expedition, Transit, Ford Ranger, Ford F-150, Ford F-250, Ford F-350, Ford Bronco, Ford Bronco Sport, Ford Mustang Mach-E, and more. The only exceptions are F-150 Raptor, Mustang GT350 and GT500, F-450 through F-750, and certain special edition or Stroppe models which are excluded.
Can Ford vehicles be purchased or leased?
Yes -They can be either purchased or leased. The only requirement with leasing is that the lease must be obtained through Ford Credit.
Can a vehicle be traded in combination with this program?
Yes - however, this program does not cover trade-in allowances, which must be negotiated directly with the customer. James Collins Ford in Louisville, Kentucky will offer you more for your trade. Our Pre-Owned Department always need cars, trucks and vans and are willing to give you top dollar for your trade.
How long is the program in effect?
There is no expiration date for the program; however, Ford Motor Company reserves the right to modify the program, remove eligibility, or cancel the program at any time.
What is the Ford X-Plan?
For non-Ford Motor Company employees, X-Plan provides an opportunity to experience the benefits of driving a Ford Motor Company vehicle. Selected individuals may be sponsored by a Ford Motor Company employee or may be eligible as an employee or member of a partner company or organization. Current X-Plan programs that recognize an ongoing relationship include: Supplier Partner Recognition, Fleet Account Employee Appreciation and Friends & Neighbors.
How many vehicles may be obtained through the Ford Partner Recognition (X-Plan)?
Eligible employees, retirees, and their spouses may purchase or lease four vehicles per calendar year through the Partner Recognition Program (X Plan). Vehicles must be titled and registered in the eligible employee or spouse's name (vehicles may not be titled or registered in a company name). No other family members are eligible for Partner Recognition pricing.
What is Ford Partner Recognition (X-Plan) Pricing?
Partner Recognition pricing is a special pre-determined price, which is based on the following: Ford Employee (A-Plan) price plus 4% plus $150.
How does the Ford X-plan work?
1. Eligible employee obtains the organization's Partner Recognition Code.
2. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is obtained by calling 1-877-XPLAN-00.
3. Participants visit James Collins Ford in Louisville, Kentucky and identify themselves as a Partner Recognition (X-Plan) participant. Participant provides James Collins Ford with a Social Security Number and PIN.
4. Select a vehicle at James Collins Ford in Louisville, Kentucky.
